Estée Lauder - Aerin Keepsake.
Estée Lauder and MW Luxury Packaging team up again for Aerin Keepsake. Their latest project is a luxury gift box for Aerin's Rose de Glasse d'Or fragrance.
MW Luxury Packaging began by crafting the exterior of the pack, a thick chipboard box designed to ensure durability. The box is coated with linen paper stock embossed with a delicate gold floral pattern that subtly conjures up the fragrance within. Further gold detailing can be found in the elegant front plaque.
Inside, an EVA foam fitment lined in high-quality leather keeps the gold-dipped bottle in place. The final detail is a cream ribbon attachment, which allows the Rose de Grasse d'Or to be slipped easily out of the box.
Nolet's
MW Luxury Packaging manufactured a case for Nolet's Dry Gin Reserve, of which only 500 bottles are produced every year.
Formed from an octagonal MDF sub-structure, this wooden case is multi-coated in a satin gold paint finish and emblazoned with hand-applied detailing and a gel badge bearing the Nolet crest. To the side, a gold push button enables easy opening; one light press and the case swings open fluidly on its polished hinges. Inside, the Nolet bottle rests on a removable, velvet-bottomed plinth, held firmly in place by a hinged and magnetised collar.
A cream PU leather lining offsets the striking gold exterior, and a shallow recess in the door holds a full-colour booklet printed with spot gloss UV varnish, which details the history of this drink, and a certificate signed by Carolus H.J. Nolet himself.

MW Luxury Packaging began with a 9mm MDF structure, veneered in hi-gloss coated dark wood. A faceted, injection moulded plate was fitted onto the top, and internal hinges and magnets keep the lid in place. Once opened, the case reveals a sumptuous black suede lining, the lid foil-stamped with a gold logo. These boxes were built with two differing internal designs.
