For the MW Luxury Packaging team, 2016 was a huge year. We collaborated with global brands like Estée Lauder and Johnnie Walker, walked away with silver and bronze trophies from the Starpack Awards and – most exciting of all – opened a new factory in Europe.

Based in Slovakia, our new factory boasts a highly-experienced team, adept at both hand and semi-automatic assembly of rigid boxes, including all pre-production processes in house.

Going forward we will continue to source luxury packaging from China, but our Slovakian site has been established to offer greater flexibility in lead time and volume for those brands looking to respond quickly to the changing market. As always at MW, everything manufactured in Slovakia will be crafted from quality materials and to our usual high standard of workmanship, but with the added benefit of medium volume runs, faster turn-around and the facility to hold stock for call-off for those clients with a high number of SKUs required on a just-in-time basis.

Despite our track record of working with luxury brands, MW is a company that values innovation and craftsmanship above all else. In the future, we look forward to working with any exciting, creativity-led businesses – no matter what the budget.
